We are On Your Marks (which is a trade name of TDE BV) and are registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 65459016. We are located at Torenallee 3, 5617 BA in Eindhoven. On the contact page you will find all our contact details.

Under this law, an organization working with personal data has certain obligations and the person whose data are certain rights. Retention periods

If On Your Marks no longer needs the data for the aforementioned purposes, On Your Marks may retain the data for archiving and possible legal proceedings.

If we process your personal data to answer a question from you, we will retain that data so that we can answer possible follow-up questions or address any complaint.

Security of your personal information

Automated Decision Making.
We do not make decisions about matters that could (significantly) affect individuals on the basis of automated processing. These are decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without a person (eg an employee of ours) in between.
